Jim McLean – Former United manager Dundee is 83 years old


Dundee United’s winning manager Jim McLean has died at the age of 83.

McLean led United in 1983 after moving to their Champions League champions, the Tayside club.

McLean was United’s captain for 22 years from 1971, winning two league titles in 1980 and 1981. He also led the last two finals. He has won the Scottish Cup five times under his responsibility.
