Saudi Arabian Airlines (SAUDIA) Saudi Arabia’s national flag carrier has been ranked as a five-star global airline by the Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX).

APEX Official Airline Ratings ™ is the first aviation rating program based solely on certified passenger feedback.

The industry’s most anticipated honor is based on neutral feedback from third parties and passenger insight.

During the future travel experience APEX Virtual Expo, an award ceremony was held and SAUDIA was very pleased to be awarded the five-star award.

Using a five-star scale, more than one million flights are rated by passengers on nearly 600 airlines from around the world and independently certified by a professional external audit firm.

Comments on the prestigious title, CEO of Saudi Arabian Airlines, his meadow of excellence. Ibrahim Al-Omar noted: “The entire SAUDIA team is driven by a mandate to provide an exemplary level of service at every step. We are redefining the way our valued guests experience air travel with us, and we are proud to see that the changes so far on this trip have been well received. ”

Continues Mr Al-Omar: “We would like to thank all our guests for flying with SAUDIA and we look forward to welcoming everyone on board again.”

“Congratulations to Saudia, which has grown to become an APEX 2021 five-star global airline based on independently verified passenger votes via TripIt® on thousands of Saudia flights,” said APEX CEO Dr. Joe Leader.

He continued: “Only a single-digit percentage of airlines worldwide reach APEX Five Star Airline status with a huge effort in both their product and service offerings. SAUDIA’s customer reviews have consistently improved along with the airline’s product upgrades over the last few years. The details I personally admire are economy-class warm towels, a unique Saudia international water / juice bar on board, wider range of in-flight entertainment, improved Wi-Fi connectivity, in-flight product improvements and improved passenger service. ”

SAUDIA previously received the Four-Star rating from APEX in 2017.

This year it is 75th anniversary of Saudi Arabia’s award-winning national flag bearer. SAUDIA is one of the first airlines to be established in the Middle East region.

In recent years, the airline has invested significantly in its fleet of 144 narrow and broadband aircraft and operates one of the youngest fleets in the sky with an average flight age of 5 years.

The airline’s route network includes more than 95 destinations across four continents to all 28 domestic airports in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Deep cleansing disinfection protocols are in full effect after each flight.
